Addendum
We forgot to put something important in Blog #5. You may recall that we anchored that night by Tilloo Cay and enjoyed the rising of the full moon. That same day and evening we took our first shower since leaving Hope Town on Thursday. We had showered at the Hope Town Marina before taking off on our adventure.
This time we made use of the Sun Shower, a five gallon, solar heated item. Stephen did his showering in the afternoon and reported that the water was warm and wonderful. Franci waited until dusk so she could feel comfortable showering “in the buff” as she is accustomed to doing. The water was no longer warm, but it was refreshing just the same. Five gallons was plenty of water for two showers. We enjoyed our showers immensely.
You two are funny. The importance of showers and such does become apparent when they aren’t readily available, right?
We’re behind on our replies. It was great seeing you guys this weekend……TWICE!
Love,
Franci
